This was a quick and simple Sunday dinner, primarily to test out Serious Eats (SE) recipe for Big Mac sauce. It can be found here. Im not going to give step by step details here as everyone knows how to make a burger. My verdict on the sauce though was that it tasted too much like mustard pickles, so if I was doing it again, I’d probably reduce that ingredient. My pattie mince was 500g angus beef mince (chopped across the grain), grated parmesan, an egg, dried mixed italian herbs, salt, pepper, and some tomato sauce.
